Our Spring 2026 Cohort is in month four, currently deployed across the Families Arising teams for their internship practicum. What we are watching happen in that group is the reason we are opening the doors again.
The Family Ambassador Mentoring Intensive is a nine month structured formation and deployment program for Kingdom men and women called to serve families. At home, in ministry, in missions, and in the marketplace.
Six core teaching modules. A real internship inside Families Arising. A cohort community of aligned leaders. A Commissioning Ceremony at the end.
This is not a course. This is a calling answered with structure.

Six modules. One formation.
Each module builds on the one before it. You do not sample ideas. You are formed in sequence, then sent.
The Portrait of a Family Ambassador
Who an Ambassador actually is. The character, posture, and mandate that define the ones sent to serve Kingdom families.
The Anatomy of a Call
Taking your call apart and understanding its structure. Where it came from, what it requires, and what it is not.
Your Audience and Your Territory
Naming the specific people you were sent to and the ground you were given. You stop serving everyone and start serving yours.
The Architecture of the Work
Designing the actual structure of what you carry. Rhythms, systems, and capacity that let you serve without collapse.
Rallying Your Troop
Gathering, leading, and multiplying the people around your assignment. No Ambassador is sent to serve alone.
The Ambassador in Motion
Deployment. Your work made concrete, launched where you have been placed, and built to outlast you.
Taught. Practised. Sent.
The Intensive is built in three movements, and the internship practicum runs alongside the teaching from the start. Nothing stays theoretical for long.
Formation
The six core modules taught live by the Chancellor, one each month on the first Sunday at 12pm MT and 7pm WAT. A weekly rhythm of study, prayer, review, and submission holds it together.
Internship Practicum
You are deployed into a working Families Arising team and rotate every three months through Operations, Ministry, and Strategy and Partnerships. Real responsibility, real supervision, a written reflection at each close.
Project and Commissioning
You build and present a group project around the audience you were sent to, submit your portfolio and reflection paper, and are commissioned to serve families in your own context.
You were placed in the family space on purpose.
The Intensive is for Kingdom men and women who have already answered the call to serve family life. In ministry, counselling, coaching, parenting, or discipleship.
This is not for those who are merely interested. It is for those who are already active, and ready to go deeper, connect with aligned leaders, and multiply their impact.

Questions we hear most often
You are placed inside a working Families Arising team and given real responsibility under supervision. Ambassadors rotate through our Operations, Ministry, and Strategy and Partnerships teams, with a written reflection at the close of each rotation. Our Spring 2026 Cohort is in the middle of this now.
Plan for live sessions plus personal study and practice. The internship season in the middle of the program asks for more, and we tell you exactly what to expect before it begins.
Yes. Families Arising serves families in over 205 countries and the Intensive runs live online. Our Spring 2026 Cohort spans multiple time zones.
You receive your certificate at the Commissioning Ceremony, keep your place in the Hub, and become eligible to apply to the Family Ambassador Conclave.
